Us Company was established in 1984, by United States Air Force veteran, Stan Schuttpelz.

Patches: We can take your computer-generated or hand-drawn artwork, and make it an embroidered reality. Our patches are available in a variety of options, including twill backing, 100% embroidery, merrowed borders, laser-cut borders, metallic thread (in multiple colors), heat seal (iron-on) backing, adhesive backing, and of course, Velcro® (in a variety of colors.) Sizes range from 1 inch all the way up to 21 inches. We provide an exemplary stitch count on every patch and have an enormous selection of colors from which to choose. Our digitizers enhance every detail on the patch so that even the most complicated artwork can be reproduced clearly and accurately. When completing an “official” emblem, we utilize approved art from The Institute of Heraldry, as well as the approved “cable numbers” to ensure complete accuracy of the emblem and its colors. With this information available to Us, we are able to convert these emblems to subdued requirements, as needed.
Plaques: We can create a hand-carved and hand-painted wooden plaque from almost any form of artwork. Computer generated graphics, hand-drawn sketches, photo copies, scans of an old plaque, patch, etc., are all capable of being turned into a beautiful wooden representation of that image. The hand-carved wooden plaques have been an Air Force tradition for decades. The plaques can range in size from as little as 6 inches up to as large as 5 feet. These plaques make unique gifts for retirements, awards, desk plates, conference rooms, podiums, outdoor building designators, signs, going-away gifts, recognition awards, and much, much more.
